Friendly, first class service is what you will receive from our staff. We believe it is everyone’s job to contribute to your positive experience here – from the first phone call to the last post-operative visit.

Our professionals are committed to providing patients with individual attention. All of our employees are trained to understand the most recent advances in aesthetic surgery, and have been hired for their efficiency, caring nature, and warmth. You will meet many of our staff both before and after surgery.

Stephanie Smith – Receptionist
Stephanie is the practice receptionist. She welcomes patients into the practice with a smile. She is usually the first person who you may contact regarding appointments and is a source for information regarding the procedures offered at North Shore Plastic Surgery. Her outgoing and pleasant personality will help make your visit an enjoyable one.

Vickie Harvey – Medical Assistant
Vicki joined our practice in May 2008. She brings twenty years of experience and knowledge, first working as a Medical Assistant and then as a Clinical Manager. Vicki is compassionate, caring, and sensitive to patient needs. She assists the doctors in cosmetic and surgical procedures, suture removal, and dressing changes. She is available by phone for any questions or concerns regarding your care.

Vicki spends as much time as possible with her 2 children and 4 grandchildren. She loves to stay active-playing volleyball and softball. She is looking forward to exploring life with her new husband.

Alexandra Marchant (Ali) – Medical Assistant, Esthetician and LMT
Alexandra was introduced to the path of healing while on her journey thru the Carribean. She found that to create a balance within, you need to create a positive and healthy lifestyle.Alexandra has been involved in many aspects of health care for over ten years.Her path started as a Licensed Massage Therapist graduating from Palmer Institute of Massage and Bodywork. Expanding her knowledge she graduated from North Shore Community College as a Medical Assistant and worked side by side with a Dermatologist. She fell in love with the world of skin care and decided to spread awareness. She then went on to become a Licensed Aesthetician graduating from Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics. She finds her place working here at NSPS very rewarding. Educating patients to protect and take control of their skin care is only an introduction to the happier and healthier you.

Catherine Brogna – Surgical Scheduler
Catherine is our surgical coordinator; she joined our practice in March 2011. She has over fifteen years experience in the medical field. She will be your primary point of contact once you have decided to go forward with your surgical procedure. She has thorough knowledge of fees, insurances and scheduling. She will make sure you are well informed of your procedure, fees and appointments.
In her free time Catherine enjoys spending her time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys volunteering her services for her children’s sports activities, getting away as much as possible with family and friends, she is an avid reader, speed walker and enjoys shopping as a therapeutic oasis.
Her goal is for you to have a wonderful and enjoyable experience at North Shore Plastic Surgery

Ellen Cash – Nurse and Medical Assistant
Ellen is Dr. Wages’ knowledgeable and friendly nurse. Patients rave about her thoughtfulness and ability to serve their needs. She is a surgical nurse with over 14 years of experience and has focused herself to the care of plastic surgery patients for the past three years with Dr. Wages. You will meet Ellen during your pre-operative visit, and may decide to call her with questions after surgery. Ellen also sees post operative patients and removes stitches. In general, all telephone medical questions are directed to her. She is well able to answer any questions regarding your post operative condition or queries regarding other procedures offered in our office. Ellen loves to spend time with her grandchildren and to travel.

Joe Smith – Business Manager
 width=Joe is and has been the practice manager since the inception and development of North Shore Plastic Surgery. Although Joe is usually behind the scenes involved with the business aspects of the practice, he is available to answer any questions regarding costs and billings of our services. He oversees our practice involvement in the Mentor Silicone Breast Implant study and registry. He has been an executive/Manager in health care for over 20 years. Joe has a Masters in Management. In his spare time he enjoys caring for and riding his horses.
